Nocatee Real Estate
A wide range of housing to suit every taste and budget is available in Nocatee. Each neighborhood will have it’s own individual look and feel. For example, Coastal Oaks built by Toll Brothers is a gated community, featuring luxury single family estate homes, neo-traditional homes, town homes and village homes. In contrast, the neighborhood of Tidewater offers condominiums, which are only steps from the vibrant Town Center and Aquatic Park. The needs of active adults will be addressed by Riverwood. Residents 55 and “better” can choose from condominiums, carriage homes and single family homes, all designed by Del Webb.
Nocatee Amenities
In addition to residential housing, the town plans to have hotel services, retail locations, a town center, over 270 acres of parks, extensive greenways, bike paths and new schools. Upon completion in approximately 2030, Nocatee will include over 14,000 homes and an estimated 35,000 residents in a series of neighborhoods. Each neighborhood will have its own park, which may include ball fields, tot lots, playgrounds and picnic areas. In addition, community parks will feature athletic fields, an aquatics park, playgrounds, tennis facilities and basketball courts. All residents will have access to Community Park and Splash Water Park.
