I went to high school with Suzanne, so I have known her for many many years what a wonderful person she was. When it came time to find a new home, I knew she would come through for us, and she did! She was very patient with us in our search and made the process as easy as possible. It was a hard decision to pick a forever home and Suzanne found us just that! I tell all of my friends to contact her when they are in the market for a new house because I know Suzanne won't steer them wrong.

We contracted with Suzanne after a failed four month listing with another local realtor so we had a means of comparison. We were totally blown away by Suzanne’s modus of operandi. We had her complete attention: quick response to our texts and phone calls, advice on staging our house for the second go around, broker’s open house with 20 realtors in attendance and 10 open houses!! She never once interfered with our decisions to lower the asking price and on more than one occasion advised against it which really impressed us. She was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the current real estate market. She hounded realtors to get feedback after each showing. To coin a phrase, SHE WAS ALL IN!! She negotiated our offer and took us all the way to the closing table. She is a true gem and a “glass half-full” person.
