Tonya was extremely patient and attentive with us. We started the process back in May and made several trips to the Jacksonville area. Each time she was available and ready with listings that were relevant to what we were looking for. We ultimately found a home that hits all the checkboxes on age of home, large enough for all our children to visit at the same time and near all amenities we felt were important. There is actually a backyard which is rare in Florida!
