Tonya represented us as a buyer’s agent for a home purchase during the peak of COVID lockdown craziness. All I can say is we are glad she was our realtor and not someone else. She is knowledgeable, dependable and reliable and able to act quickly. She communicated well with us throughout the process (all the way up to closing) and was always responsive. Before COVID, we were interested in relocating to the Nocatee/Ponte Vedra area from another part of Florida. We visited the area twice before lockdown restrictions began and Tonya provided us with realistic information on the area and various sub-divisions (commuting considerations, school locations, affordability etc.). She knows a lot about the area in general and also about pricing considerations in specific areas and sub-divisions which is helpful. We ultimately purchased a home in Nocatee and she negotiated an excellent price for us. The sellers were a bit stubborn and she helped to diplomatically pull them over the finish line. Prior to closing, she did a virtual walkthrough for us with appropriate sanitation measures. With young children, we were not able to do much ourselves prior to re-locating so we largely relied on her to make sure the property was move-in ready, and it was. Beyond negotiating a great price, Tonya was extremely helpful in recommending good vendors (movers, inspectors, locksmith, etc.) that we have used in the relocation process. Although she typically represents transactions at the higher end ($700 K and up), our property was priced in the 500s. We would recommend her as a realtor 100% and are thankful for her calm and composed demeanor throughout this process. Now very happy in our new home!
