I first met Marsha last fall when I contacted her office in order to look at a listing. Her bright personality and no pressure approach appealed to me. She took down my contact information and agreed to send me Zillow alerts on properties in the Ponte Vedra area. When one particular property appealed to my husband and me, I contacted her on a Tuesday evening and asked to see it as soon as possible. She met us there the very next day and I ended up working with her until late that night on a suitable offer. She negotiated for us and I honestly feel that we would not be owning this house if it wasn’t for her diligence and expertise! When it was time to do the final walk-through before the closing, she met us on Easter Sunday, knowing that this was the only time my husband could see the house due to his work schedule.
