The individual condominiums at The Hallmark are large with beautiful lanais that overlook the ocean and the private swimming pool. Units are large, ranging in size from 2,200-3,000 square feet. All residences have split-floor plans with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Many of the Hallmark’s units offer gourmet kitchens, fireplaces, and luxurious master bathrooms.
With only 19 units, privacy is paramount. The neighborhood has a security-coded entrance, elevator, and secured parking underneath the building.
