I have purchased several houses through the years. I have to say that Sean has been the best Realtor that I have ever worked with. I was immediately impressed by both his approach of having a great deal of knowledge over the property and the area. It moved from there to being extremely responsive. There were multiple times that I thought something would be nice, but I didn't want to bother Sean with it. Perhaps through reading minds, Sean would offer to do whatever I thought would be a nice without me even asking. Even beyond this, there were a number of times that he offered things that I wouldn't have even thought of. I think the final thing that truly showed me how he would go "above and beyond", quite literally, was when I needed to get something out of the attic of the house we were buying. Once again, without being asked, he just jumped on the ladder and got it out himself. I would highly recommend using him and Lisa's team in the future. The whole experience was very positive.
